Home Page Returns Policy - All paintings are sold unframed and rolled in tubes with the exception of oversized paintings. The painting(s) will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks, but on rare occasions up to a month upon receipt of payment.
- If framing is requested be absolutely positive you love the painting, because the returns policy will be negated and there will be an extra charge for the framing and shipping.
- The painting must be in its original condition to receive a refund. This means no tears, fingerprints, smudges or stains on the painting itself or on the white border around the image.
- It’s recommended that you handle the painting with gloves and care and keep it away from food, drinks, and children.
- All returns should be shipped back in the original packaging.
- You must notify the seller of your intent to return the painting within 10 days of receiving it.
- Returns should be sent to 127 John Street, Hanover, Pennsylvania 17331-3350 USA.
- The painting must be shipped back to the provided address within the initial 10-day time period.
- The refund will be processed within 7 days of the seller receiving the returned painting provided it is in mint condition.
- The refund amount will be either $576.34 or $311.34 depending on a first or second purchase, as there will be a $47.35 restocking fee.
